Gina Taylor received all district honors in softball for three years at Moss Point and played on teams that won state championships and were national runners-up. She was All-Conference at Panama City’s Gulf Coast Community College, and she was named to the All-Gulf South Conference Team each year she played for Livingston University (now University of West Alabama). Taylor also earned All-American honors.

Taylor played professional softball with the Key Ford Lady Mustangs of Pensacola, Florida, a team that won the U.S. Women’s Open Class National Championship and for which she was named First Team All-American. She is also a decorated golfer and continues to be active in her support of athletics as an adult.
