Alan Renfroe was the manager for the 1970 Tiger football team, as well as the 1971 football and track and field teams. A 1972 Moss Point High School graduate, Alan was also the football statistician for the 1972 and 1973 Tigers. He holds an Associate’s Degree from the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and in 1976, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Mississippi State University. Alan is currently President and Chief Executive Officer for First Federal Savings & Loan, where he has worked since 1977. A past President of the Rotary Club of Moss Point, Alan was a member of the Rebuild Jackson County Task Force following Hurricane Katrina. He was National Chairman and Director of the Financial Managers Society, Chicago. Alan and his wife, René, are the parents of three adult children, John, Mary and Sara, and the grandparents of Lillian and Andrew Renfroe.
